Owner, Russell Davis, began his career as an Inventor at the age of 19, moving into property development and then Ecommerce. With a vast array of skills and experience he takes an active lead in all coaching programs and projects.

Creation and Development of a Unique ‘Living and Giving’ Online Store & High Growth E-Commerce / Multi-Channel Retail Business. 

Delivered Double & Triple Digit Y-on-Y Growth to a £10m T/O in 2021 with an EBITDA of £800k. 

Negotiated two rounds of Investment for £350k in 2021 and £400k in 2023 with a VC Group. 

Developed a robust KPI Management System. 

Developed High Performing Teams with Focused Delivery on all Strategic Trading Deadlines coined ‘Actions & Immovable Deadlines’ to Improve Productivity and GP. 

Created a Zappos ‘Delivering Happiness’ style of Company Culture and Core Values. Inspired by a meeting with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh in Las Vegas in 2011. 

Achieved Highest Customer Review Ratings for a Business in the Home & Garden Vertical culminating in being awarded the FEEFO 10 Years of Platinum Service Award.

Responsible for the creation of a brands unique Tone of Voice and compiled over 500 000 words across the Site and Blog. 

Achieved an average ROAS of 10 across PPC campaigns using both Manual and Performance Max Bidding. 

Attained the much coveted SEO Organic Ranking of number 1 for the term 'Kids Beds' in 2021 and 2022. 

After being brought back into the business as interim CEO in 2022/23 I was tasked with the challenging job of reducing Payroll and Overhead Costs in a Post Pandemic Cost of Living Crises. We successfuly reduced overheads by over 50% by negotiating new contracts with employees and suppliers while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of our online services. 

In 2024 I helped negotiate the sale of Cuckooland.

Chairing Board Meeting and Communicating with Investors. 

Ownership of the Online Customer Experience and Web Development to continuously enhance the Performance of Online Site's to Improve Conversion Rates, Basket Size, Repeat Visits, Bounce Rates and Overall Customer Journey. 

Complete Ownership of all SEO Assets (to improve Authority and Visibility), Created Cluster and Pillar Pages across E-commerce Sites, Populated Meta Data, reduced Page Load Speeds, improved Link Acquisition with high DA, Migrated Blog Posts to Sub Folders, Enhanced Breadcrumbs, Optimised Page and Category Hierarchy to achieve Best in Class Organic Rankings. Resulting in number 1 rankings for Top Money Keyword including ‘Kids Beds’ in 2021/2022. 

Worked successfully with Award Winning Search Marketing Agencies, Review and Ratings Platforms, Onsite and CRO Searchandising and Interstitial Specialists to Improve User Experience and Conversion Rates to Maximise ROI’s. 

Worked closely with Heads of Department and Core Merchandising and Buying Teams to agree 3 Year Forecasts, Influence Buying Decisions by analysing Seasonality, Trends and Ranges and ensuring Website's have sufficient Inventory throughout the Season.

Worked with the Site Developers using Specialist Management Software to ensure the smooth release of any Development Work and UAT. 

Worked with Customer Service Team's to constantly deliver an Outstanding Level of Customer Service. A Key Differentiator for all Brands.  

Worked with Brand Marketing Team's to ensure brand consistency with Promotional Activity and Delivery of Online Signposting and Content. 

Checked all Published Content to make sure there was a Consistent and Coherent Brand Tone of Voice across all assets for the Target Demographic.

Self-proclaimed ‘Site Janitor’ – through Vigilance and Attention to Detail any potential Glitches and Issues on the site were quickly identified and rectified. From important 404 Error Pages to Simple Spelling and Grammar Mistakes.
